Set up VPN on Apple TV
You can configure VPN on your Apple TV using one of two straightforward methods.
Method 1: NordVPN App (Recommended)

- Open App Store on your Apple TV

- Open the app and sign in to your account

Method 2: Smart DNS Configuration
Alternatively, you can configure your Apple TV’s DNS settings manually.
- Connect your computer to the same Wi-Fi network you’ll use with your Apple TV (ensure any active VPN connections are disabled)
- Visit the NordVPN Dashboard and enable SmartDNS (this process may take a few minutes)
- On your Apple TV, go to Settings → Network → Wi-Fi
- Select your network, then choose Configure DNS → Manual

- Restart your Apple TV to apply the changes
