After leaving Shida, Khalid's life became uneasy with their child, Salina who was a few months old. To support his young son, Khalid had to work. Khalid raised Salina alone and kept a secret about Shida, who had been arrested by the police for selling drugs. Zamani asks Amir to call Khalid and Salina to meet him where Zamani makes a final request to Halijah to marry Amir to Salina. Season 2 of Rindu Kasih premiered on February 13, 2024.

Narrating the continuation of Salina's (Ummi Nazeera) life after being released from prison. Salina is determined to leave Amir (Izzue Islam) and her mother-in-law Halijah (Fazlina Ahmad Daud). Now, what is important in Salina's life is taking care of her paradise, Fayyad (Dzul Hadziq). Amir still does not give up on tracking down Salina and Fayyad like an ex-husband who is crazy about divorce. Amir wants Salina back by his side and also wants to have custody of Fayyad. Salina keeps her whereabouts a secret except for Hisham (Nafiz Muaz) who knows. Halijah was sentenced to prison.
