Aikatsu! 2012

Season 1 of Aikatsu! premiered on October 8, 2012.

Ichigo Hoshimiya is a regular, ordinary middle school girl. But when her best friend Aoi invites her to join the idol training academy, Starlight Academy, her whole world is turned upside down. As she encounters all kinds of rivals and learns what it takes to be an idol, she uses her Aikatsu Cards to challenge countless auditions.

Season 2 of Aikatsu! premiered on October 3, 2013.

After Ichigo takes a year-long break to train in America, she returns to find another idol school, Dream Academy, has appeared, bringing with it new rivals and friends.

Season 3 of Aikatsu! premiered on October 2, 2014.

This season focuses on Akari Ozora, a first year at Starlight Academy who seeks to become a top idol like her upperclassman, Ichigo Hoshimiya.

Season 4 of Aikatsu! premiered on October 1, 2015.

The season follows the idols Akari Ozora, Sumire Hikami, and Hinaki Shinjo as they take their idol unit, Luminas, on a tour across Japan.
